Nice to meet you

Hi, I’m Kate. I am a woman who has learned, sometimes the hard way, that life can be redesigned.

I grew up in Tampa, Florida, moved to Palm Springs, California, for work, got married and started a family. When my son was born, I felt the pull to be closer to my roots - to raise him near family, with deeper connections and a stronger foundation. That brought us to St. Louis, where I thought we were beginning a fresh start to what would become a stronger family.

But life rarely goes as planned. Within a year of moving, I found myself navigating the complexities of divorce - as a new mom, in a new city. What was supposed to be a new beginning quickly became one of the hardest seasons of my life. And yet, step by step, I kept moving forward. I bought a home for us. We moved into a new suburb. We began to settle into a new normal. Through it all - every prayer book, every pantry organizer, every Lego scattered across the floor - I’ve found tools, products, and rituals that have carried me, comforted me, and reminded me of what matters most.

Kate Redesigned is my way of sharing that journey. It’s about creating peace in the chaos, calm in the middle of change, and happiness in the small, everyday moments. Here, you’ll find the mix of things that make life lighter - from parenting wins and home finds to work tools and personal growth favorites. I’ve been through a lot, but I believe the best chapters are the ones we choose to create. This is mine - redesigned, simplified, and focused on what matters.
